Springfield Marine first generation non-removable pedestal system 2-3/8 Inch series is still very popular for inland boats. The system uses a die-cast base with 2-3/8 Inch aluminum extruded post for the pedestal and our famous Trac-Lock™ slides and swivels made with aluminum die-cast, powder coated swivel and extruded slide plates together provide a secure connection between the post and seat pedestal. As a system this series exceeds the ABYC H-31 requirements for strength and durability. Tested in the lab and in the field with a proven record to last and satisfy.
