(“RV & Auto Parts,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates RVAutoParts.com and related services, including our online store, customer accounts, order and return tools, customer support, marketing communications, and other features that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, request a return, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with RV & Auto Parts.

- Shopify: which hosts and supports our online store and related ecommerce services;

- Manufacturers, distributors, warehouses, and fulfillment partners: to verify inventory, fulfill orders, provide product support, process returns, and administer warranties;
- Shipping carriers and logistics providers: to arrange, track, deliver, redirect, investigate, or return shipments;

6. Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify collects and processes information about access to and use of the Services to provide and improve ecommerce services, security, personalized features, and other functionality. Information may be processed by Shopify and its service providers in countries other than your own.

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the website, remember preferences and cart activity, authenticate users, provide security, analyze performance, understand website use, measure marketing, and personalize content or advertising.

If your browser sends a legally recognized Global Privacy Control signal, we will process it as an opt-out request for that browser or device where required. We do not respond to other “Do Not Track” signals unless required by law.
9. Email and Text Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in the message. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
Even after opting out of marketing, we may continue sending nonpromotional communications concerning orders, accounts, returns, refunds, security, customer service, and other transactions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information. However, no system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.
11. Retention

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit under California law unless otherwise disclosed.
A California resident may submit a request personally or through an authorized agent. We may require proof of authorization and identity verification.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
