Order Processing TimeAll orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Please note that processing or transit delays may occur due to high order volume, carrier delays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.
Standard Ground Shipping (Contiguous United States)
- Orders under $100: Shipping rates calculated at checkout
- Orders $100 and over: Free ground shipping on eligible items
- Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days
Oversize, freight, or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges and are not eligible for free shipping unless explicitly stated.
- 3–5 Business Days: Calculated at checkout
- 1–2 Business Days: Calculated at checkout
Availability and pricing are based on item size, weight, destination, and carrier limitations.
Some large, bulky, or heavy items ship via freight service.
- Estimated delivery: 1–10 business days
- Freight charges are calculated at checkout or quoted after purchase if required
Free shipping promotions do not apply to freight or oversized items unless explicitly stated.

- Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days
- You will receive an email notification when your order is ready
- Pickup hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
If your order has not arrived within 7–10 business days after shipping confirmation, contact us at contact@rvautoparts.com with your order number.
Some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- P.O. Box shipments are available USPS only
- Items must weigh less than 3 lbs and meet USPS size restrictions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
If your item arrives damaged, email contact@rvautoparts.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
Damage claims are handled on a case-by-case basis and we work toward a fair resolution.
