Refund Policy

Refunds are issued after an approved return has been received and inspected by RV & Auto Parts.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is delivered to us, please allow time for inspection and processing. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Shop Pay, Amazon, Walmart, or other payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Inspection Required

All returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Items must be returned new, unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original packaging.

Refund Deductions

The following may be deducted from your refund:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Missing parts or accessories
  • Damaged or missing packaging
  • Manufacturer fees
  • Loss of value if the item is not returned in resalable condition

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or verified shipping damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 3 business days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the claim.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has been approved but you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us at contact@rvautoparts.com.

Refunds for Unauthorized Returns

Unauthorized returns, used items, installed items, incomplete returns, or items returned outside policy may be denied, partially refunded, or returned to sender.
