MotoRad fuel caps are designed and manufactured to prevent fuel loss primarily through evaporation. Additionally, MotoRad non-locking and locking caps are designed for easy opening and closing by all drivers, including people with smaller hands. All MotoRad fuel caps include venting according to industry standards, an integrated ratchet system for positive closure and elimination of over torque of the cap and an optional locking mechanism. All MotoRad fuel caps meet or exceed standard auto industry requirements. They meet all emission control standards including IM240 and AIR CARE inspection and have been independently tested for emission control effectiveness.
