Ford requires that any 2024 to 2025 Ranger (new body style) with accessories above the bedrails that exceed 99 Pounds be fitted with reinforcement brackets, also called a J-braces. EGR's aftermarket J-brace fits ALL trim levels, including the Raptors. A J-brace must be installed before any racks, tents, or other accessories weighing 88 Pounds or more.
