- Low Temperature Flexibility: With no cracking or adhesion loss at -20 degrees Fahrenheit, it is suitable for different weather conditions.
- Chemical Resistance: Excellent resistance to water, vapor, and alcohol. It weakens to acids and bases but should be avoided with organic solvents.
- Corrosivity: No staining, etching, or corrosion signs on galvanized or coated metals.
- Flammability: Nonflammable for added safety during installation.
- Water Resistance: The sealant maintains adhesion to galvanized metal even after being submerged for 30 days at 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
