Handle broke during installation. Beforehand it was jiggly and loose. Item was shipped quickly though.

Parts were great. Shipping not so much

Parts were great. They were exactly what i needed but the service from shipping was not great. It took longer to recieve the package than originally set for. The label was created and for 4 days the package just sat before it was picked up. On the 4th day I sent an email to rv & parts and they then sent me a shipping tracking number and it was picked up that day and it would arrive 3 days later. Because of this error it delayed what needed to be done prior to our trip which was frustrating but overall I would order again as they have parts I need but would take more consideration on slow shipping

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad the parts were exactly what you needed.

After reviewing the shipment, the package was picked up by UPS shortly after the label was created. Unfortunately, it appears the package was not scanned by the carrier during transit until it reached a facility closer to your location, which made it appear as though it had not moved for several days.

We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, especially when you're preparing for a trip, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you would order from us again. Thank you for your business, and we look forward to serving you in the future.
