The Ripper Cap is built for fast fluid transfer—pouring about 5 gallons in under 1 minute when used as directed. Part RR20 from Tuff Jug is designed for top-load tanks so you can keep the jug upright while pouring.
Because flow is so high, the tank opening must stay clear and the ventilation line must be installed correctly in both the cap and jug handle. Confirm your jug generation and tank opening before ordering.

Fitment / Compatibility
Works with: Top-load tanks that allow the jug to remain upright while pouring, with a clear, unobstructed opening (no filters or long filler necks blocking the nozzle). Recommended opening 1.5" or larger.
Will not work with:
- Side-load tank openings
- Tank inlets smaller than 1.42" in diameter
For smaller tank openings or shallow tanks (including many KTM, GasGas, and similar models), adapters are available separately. Verify fitment for your tank and jug before ordering.
Important: Current Ripper Cap accessories are only compatible with current-model Tuff Jugs and will not fit previous jug generations. Verify your jug model before ordering. Because the Ripper Cap flows so quickly, any obstruction can cause fluid to back up out of the tank.
Will the Ripper Cap work on a side-load tank?
No. It is designed for top-load tanks only and will not work with side-load tank openings.
What tank opening size do I need?
A tank opening of 1.5" or larger is recommended. It will not work with inlets smaller than 1.42" in diameter. Adapters are available separately for smaller or shallow tanks.
