- 14 gauge cold rolled steel construction with a five-stage state-of-the art metal pretreatment anticorrosion protection system and is finished with a super durable black polyester powder coat
- Lid is constructed of 14 gauge cold rolled steel with a 14 gauge cold rolled steel inner stiffener
- Welds are full arc welds, no spot welds
- Lid is attached to the hull of the box with two 4 inch stainless steel butt hinges
- Hinges are welded to the box and lid
- Full length small parts storage in the front of the box
- A full size, stainless steel paddle latch is recessed into the hull of the box
- Spring type lid props assists in the opening and closing of the lid
- Ribbed d-bulb seal is installed in each lid to seal against the flange around the box opening
