RT Off-Road's newest brake kits couple our new slotted rotors with brake pads and a hardware kit to ensure that the calipers function the way that they should. The rotors are designed to improve braking performance in all situations by addressing some shortcomings of a conventional brake rotor. The rotors are machined into the face of the brake rotors act as an outlet for heat that is created from the friction of the pad contacting the rotor. This decreases the chances of warping the rotors also assist in helping gasses to escape from the face of the rotor. This improves the braking performance by allowing the pad to come in full contact with the rotor instead of floating on these gasses. Finally, these brake kits accent your wheel and tire combination.
